Rahim Historical Garden Abad Birjand and its mansion are formed from different parts such as fence, guard towers, main mansion, pool house, pergola mansion, stables. This building has two entrances and parts of the turrets can be seen in the three corners of the Glen Garden fence. On the first floor of this mansion, there is a mirror hall where I can see designs of flowers, plants, Islamic and the role of the animal’s head. In this mansion, in addition to the Hall of Mirrors, there is a part that has prominent beautiful beds and it is thought that this beautiful part was for the ruler and his family. In the eastern part, in addition to the mentioned parts, there was a pool house and related buildings, and in the southern part, there were bathrooms and a number of rooms for service staff.
Date and access path
Rahimabad mansion in Birjand dates back to the Zandieh period and in the middle of the garden of this mansion, a building has been created whose architectural style dates back to the late Qajar and early Pahlavi period. The mansion is designed in such a way that with many doors, it is easy to access other parts. Right in front of the mansion, there is a swimming pool located in the middle of the main garden street. The main trees of this huge complex include pine, poplar, apricot and barberry, and the central mansion is located at the intersection of two main streets.
This magnificent mansion is located at the end of a street called Modarres and behind the Park of the Unknown Martyrs of Birjand. This work was registered as a national monument of Iran in 2000 with the number 2707.
