Buying tours and any other services on Iranviva website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and consented to these regulations.
If you book a tour or other services on Iranviva website on behalf of other people, you guarantee the right to acknowledge and consent to these terms and conditions on behalf of them.
Gaining your trust is one of the most important priorities of Iranviva Group and protecting your privacy is necessary to achieve this. Therefore, we assure you that the personal information you give us on the website will remain a secret and we are committed to protecting your privacy.
In this regard, we will explain to you for what purpose this information will be used and under what conditions it will be disclosed to a third party.
We will only use your personal information for the purpose of your trip.
It should be noted that this Policy is only about the information collected through the website and the information obtained from other sources are not included.
Website Rules and Regulations
1. Purchase Contract
Our goal is to facilitate the planning and booking travel services inside Iran for you.
You and the people on behalf of whom you are booking tour are required to fill in the forms with requested information accurately and completely. Obviously, in case of any inconsistencies in the passenger’s information, Iranviva will not be responsible for any consequences.
You must check the confirmation of your reservation carefully for any incorrect or incomplete information and immediately report it to the operator or an authorized representative of Iranviva (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You must make sure that the name is exactly as it is recorded in your passport.
You must be at least 18 years old to do the booking.
2. Booking Confirmation and Payment
Your reservation will be approved when 30% of the tour fee has been paid and Iranviva operator confirms the received fee.
All financial transactions you have carried out are visible in your dashboard.
3. Costs and Prices
We have tried to announce the definite costs but it may be changed for various reasons (which is natural in the tourism industry).
Some of the reasons that may cause an increase in cost may be due to the increase in the cost of foreign currency, transport, fuel, taxes, entrance fees, local tour leaders, or other fees for services such as land taxes, boarding in the ports and airport charges.
In such circumstances, Iranviva will be responsible for up to 2% of the tour cost and you will be responsible for the rest of the costs.
If the additional costs led to an increase of more than 10% of the travel cost, you can cancel your reservation and get a refund within 14 days after being informed of the additional costs.
Iranviva will inform the tourists about the additional costs up to twenty days prior to the date of the tour.
4. Being up-to-date
You should check the website regularly till at least 72 hours before departure to become aware of the latest tour details, as your tour may change slightly.
5. Deposits and Payments
Your reservation will be confirmed after paying 30 percent of the tour cost, paying the full cost of Visa, Insurance, and Travel Card via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or online payment.
Your TT or online payments will be included in the Transfer charges, which will be different at different times.
Final payment: final payment can be done in two ways: via TT before departure or in cash on the first day of the trip, to the Iranviva agent.
Late bookings: Late bookings are accepted just in case of any vacancy.
Electronic documents: documents are normally issued 15 days after the final payment and will be sent to you via email.
Guaranteed prices: Iranviva will guarantee prices and will undertake any responsibility for the increased prices only if you pay the total amount. So we recommend you to pay the total cost of your trip at the time of booking.
Iranviva also undertakes any responsibility for the increased prices for reasons such as error, incorrect printing, as well as an increase of airfares, accommodation and other services.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policies
If you cancel your tour for any reason, including medical or personal reasons, you must pay the cancellation costs.
Cancellation fee will be determined based on the time when we have received your cancellation request.
It should be noted that fees paid for tourist cards, visas and insurance are not refundable.
The rest of the payment will be refunded within 15 working days.
Refundable fee based on the time of making the contract
If the tour is booked and 30% of the travel expenses is paid, you will have time up to 50 days before traveling to cancel, and your money will be refunded after deducting the transfer cost of travel expenses.
If you have paid all travel expenses, your money will be refunded after deducting Transfer expenses, as follows:
- More than 50 days before departure: all expenses will be refunded.
- Less than 50 days before departure: 30% of the tour cost will be deducted for cancellation and the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting Transfer fees.
7. Changes in Your Booking
If you want to change from one tour to another or transfer your reservation to a third party, you need to inform us at least 60 days prior to the date of departure.
If you inform us less than 60 days before the proposed date, the expense will be refunded in accordance with policy NO. 6 of Terms and Conditions.
Transferring the tour to a third party is permitted only when the person, to whom you’re transferring your tour, meets all requirements in relation to the tour.
If you would like to change the date of your tour, you need to inform us at least 40 days prior to departure. It should be noted that this may include up to 30 percent of the travel cost for penalty.
In regard to other changes, you should pay $ 40 for administrative fee, which is addition to any fees of hotels, ground operators or airlines.
Any changes to your tour booking is not allowed in less than 30 days before departure.
8. Required Age and Physical Condition
All tourists under the age of 18 need a legal guardian to accompany them on their trip to Iran.
The legal guardian is responsible for the daily care of people under 18 years of age.
If a tourist is under 18 years old and plans to appoint a legal guardian to accompany them during the journey, they need to complete and sign a document in this regard (in local official registry offices).
To obtain a visa, foreign citizens under 18 years old need their father’s written permission confirmed by Notary Public (local official registry offices).
Minimum age: The minimum age for most of our trips in time of traveling is 16 years.
The maximum age: there is no maximum age for most of our trips; however, you need to be in a good health condition for traveling.
Difficult conditions of each adventure tour package are mentioned, so it is up to the tourist to match their physical conditions with the conditions of the tour.
9. Passports and Visas
For traveling to Iran, you must have a passport with at least 6 months of validity (before the date of departure).
Due to the different rules in terms of obtaining visa for different citizens, we do not guarantee visa confirmation, since the final decision is with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration Police of Iran.
Provided that your visa application is rejected, the cost you have paid will be refunded after deducting the immigration administrative charges and Transfer fees.
Having travel insurance is mandatory for traveling to Iran. If you do not have this insurance, Iranviva will not be responsible for any incidents that may happen for you.
There is the possibility of purchasing travel insurance locally in Iran. This insurance will only cover the accidents which may happen during the trip in Iran. Travel insurance is valid only for Iran and does not cover any international incident.
11. Tour Permission
Our group trips are guided by a group leader. The decision taken by the leader would be final decision, in which the safety or welfare of the passengers or employees on the tour would be taken into account.
If you cannot observe the leader’s decision or interfere in organizing and moving the group, Iranviva will have no responsibility to accept you in tour anymore and will not give the refund.
You must observe the rules, customs and regulations of the countries you visit, in particular on your trip to Iran.

12. Limited Responsibility
Iranviva has made contract with a plethora of companies, government agencies and individuals as their representative in planning and operating Iran tours. Iranviva has no responsibility for failure of these legal or real third parties’ activities and failures.
13. Claims and Complaints
If you encounter problems or have a complaint during your journey, please inform Iranviva tour leader or local representative immediately so that they can act quickly to correct the issue.

14. Photos and Marketing
You authorize iranviva to use pictures and videos taken during the trip for advertising purposes.
