Arrival in Tehran.Begin your Persian Classic Tour!Welcome to Tehran! First of all, we hope you have a great trip, full of sweet moments, happiness and satisfaction with Iranviva Group.On your arrival at Imam Khomeini airport, after receiving your luggage, you will go out of the gates. Your Tour Guide from Iranviva Group will be waiting outside, with your name on a sign in his/ her hand, to welcome you, take you to your hotel and accompany you on this exciting journey.
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will be prepared for your exciting trip.Today, you will have a visit to one of the busiest parts of Tehran, Bazaar neighborhood.You will visit some places of interest like the National Museum, Tehran traditional Bazaar, Golestan Palace, and traditional neighborhoods of Tehran that are reminiscent of the old days in this city.Golestan Palace is one of the most beautiful places you are going to visit today. Golestan Palace is one of the most beautiful palaces in Tehran, the construction of which started about 500 years ago. The name of this palace and the surrounding plantain and cedars trees are mentioned in different travelogues, including Peter Della Valle’s book.
We will start today by flying to Ahvaz.Due to its ancient monuments with Elamite architectural features, Ahvaz is one of the main destinations for tourists wishing to explore the Elamite civilization.Among the places you will visit on the third day is Chogha Zanbil.Chogha Zanbil is the best-preserved ziggurats (pyramidal stepped temple tower) in the world. This ziggurat was built in 1250 BC with mud and brick by the Elamites.Today, you will also visit the ruins of the Elamite city of Kabnak (Hafttapeh) and Darius the Great Palace in Apadana.
After breakfast, we will drive to the ancient castle in Shushtar, which is about 100 km far from the city of Ahvaz.What will excite you in Shushtar is seeing one of the world's first hydraulic systems.If time permits, we will also pay a visit to the historic Marashi House.The end of the day will be in Isfahan.
Today we will visit one of the UNESCO heritage sites, Naqsh-e Jahan Square.Naqsh-e Jahan Square is also known as the second largest square in the world. Some of the well-known historical monuments of Isfahan are located in this square, including Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, Jameh masjid (mosque), Imam Mosque, Ali Qapu palace, Bazaar, and so on.This square, dating back to over 400 years ago, is one of the heritages left from the Safavid era. In this square one can well see the architecture of the Safavid era. The architecture of the Safavid era can be well seen in this very square.After Naqsh-e Jahan Square, Iranviva Group will guide you to Si-o-se-pol, one of the bridges over the Zayanderud River. This 300-meter-long bridge is the longest bridge over the river. The other place we have planned for you to visit today is Chehel Sotoun Palace.
Early in the morning, we will leave Isfahan and drive to the historical city of Yazd.Yazd was listed as one of the world's heritages by UNESCO in 2017.Yazd is known with different titles, including the “Bride of the Desert”.On the way from Isfahan to Yazd, we will stop in the city of Meybod. Among the places we will visit in Meybod are the caravanserais and the Pigeon Tower.
Today, we need a more intensive plan to visit more and more places of interest and create more and more unforgettable memories in this beautiful historical city.Among the places that you will visit today will be Amir Chakhmaq Complex, Jameh Mosque of Yazd, Yazd Atash Behram, and bazaar.Yazd Atash Behram is one of the holiest sites for followers of Zoroastrianism, and today it is one of the tourist attractions of the city of Yazd.The sacred fire of the temple that has been burning nonstop for years, is one of the tourist attractions of this beautiful place.
Today, you will drive to Fars province to continue your journey in the ancient history and civilization of Iran. We will have a visit to historical city of Pasargadae on the way to Shiraz.Pasargadae is a town in Fars province near the city of Shiraz with some great beautiful monuments.In Pasargadae, you will visit the places like Tomb of Cyrus the Great who was the founder of the Achaemenid dynasty, the tomb of Cambyses, Pasargadae Persian Garden and Gate of All Nations.After Pasargadae we will continue toward the city of poetry and literature.In Shiraz, after some rest at the hotel, you will be ready to visit the tombs of the great Persian poets, Sa'di and Hafez.
On the ninth day of your trip, you will visit Persepolis.Persepolis is a city in Fars province that was once the formal capital of the Achaemenids, and a place for great celebrations like New Year's celebration. Today, Persepolis is known as one of the largest archaeological sites in the world.After visiting Persepolis, you will return to Shiraz and spend your day on visiting the bazaar and other beautiful places in this city.Among the places that you will visit in Shiraz are Nasir-ol-molk Mosque, Vakil Mosque, Vakil Bazaar, Arg of Karim Khan (Karim Khan Citadel) etc. We will visit some of these places today and the others tomorrow.
Here we are going to talk about Persian Gardens.A Persian garden has a particular form and structure with different elements, including:1. The garden is usually located in a stream path.2. They are usually enclosed with walls.3. There is a summer mansion and a swimming pool in the garden.Today, Iranviva Group plans to take you to visit the beautiful Persian gardens that beside the cultural and historical sites represent another aspect of Iranian art.Among the gardens you will visit today are Eram Garden, Jahan Nama Garden, Delgosha Garden, Afif-Abad Garden, Qavam House, etc.you will also visit in Shiraz are Nasir-ol-molk Mosque, Vakil Mosque, Vakil Bazaar, Arg of Karim Khan (Karim Khan Citadel) etc.

Amir Chakhmaq Āb Ānbār, Yazd
Haji Qanbar bazzar is located next to Amir Chakhmaq Square and Amir Chakhmaq āb anbār. This structure was constructed in the 15th century, after the Amir Chakhmaq square, on the orders of Fatima Khatun, the wife of the governor of Yazd.

Vank Cathedral in Isfahan
Vank Cathedral is one of the most gorgeous places in Isfahan, with Iranian and European architecture. This church, located in the Jolfa Armenian quarter of Isfahan, is a popular tourist attraction in Isfahan. This building is built with raw clay; the exterior walls are built with brick and the interior ones with plaster with some beautiful paintings on them.
